| Sensitivity: | The limit of detection (defined as such a concentration of human sRAGE giving absorbance higher than mean absorbance of blank* plus three standard deviations of the absorbance of blank: A blank + 3SD blank) is better than 1.6 pg/ml of sample. |
| Measurement Range: | The measurement range is 12.5 pg/mL to 800 pg/mL. Any sample reading higher than the highest standard should be diluted with Dilution Buffer in higher dilution and re-assayed. Dilution factors need to be taken into consideration in calculating the human sRAGE concentration. |
