anti-CENP-C

Code No: PD030
Datasheet:
Gene/antigen ID number:
1060
Background:

Centromere protein C (CENP-C/ICEN7) is a 140 kDa protein and a component of the centromere specific chromatin complex called CENP-A chromatin or ICEN1) in interphase and forms basis for the inner-kinetochore plate in metaphase. CENP-C is essential for the kinetochore function of equal segregation of daughter chromosomes.
