This antibody was purified from mouse?ascites fluid using protein A agarose. The hybridoma of?the antibody was established by fusion of mouse myeloma?cell SP2/0-Ag 14 with Balb/c mouse splenocyte immunized with?KLH conjugated peptide (CQIRETpSLDTKS).

10 ?g IgG in 50 ?L volume of PBS containing 1% BSA and 0.09% NaN3.*Azide may react with copper or lead in plumbing system to form explosive metal azides. Therefore, always flush plenty of water when disposing materials containing azide into drain.
Reactivity: 
This antibody reacts with non phosphorylated GFAP and phosphorylated GFAP (~50 kDa) on Western blotting and Immunocytochemistry.
