Target:

SLC29A2/ENT2

Background:

SLC29A2, also known as ENT2, belongs to the facilitative nucleoside transporter family. It is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues, including those of the kidney, thymus, prostate, heart, brain, lung, skeletal muscle, and pancreas. SLC29A2/ENT2 mediates the uptake of nucleosides as well as a variety of nucleoside analogs with anticancer and antiviral properties.

Formulation:
50 uL volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. No preservative is contained.
Reactivity:
This antibody can be used to stain endogenous antigen in paraffin embedded human tissues including the stomach and pancreatic adenocarcinoma by Immunohistochemistry. The reactivity has been confirmed by Immunocytochemistry and intracellular Flow cytometry to detect the full length of human SLC29A2 transiently expressed in HEK 293T cells.
Intended Use:
For Research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedure.
