anti-SLC22A13/ORCTL3/OCTL1
Code No: BMP065
Datasheet:
FID:7962 | PATH:sites/default/files/datasheets/BMP065.pdf
Target:
SLC22A13/ORCTL3/OCTL1
Background:
SLC22A13, also known as ORCTL3/OCTL1, which is a member of the organic cation/anion/zwitterion transporter family, is highly expressed in the kidney, and to a weaker extent, in the brain, heart, and intestine. A functional study of Xenopus oocytes revealed that ORCTL3 functions in the uptake of urate and nicotinate. ORCTL3 may play a role in cyclosporine A-induced hyperuricemia, because cyclosporine A enhances urate uptake by ORCTL3

Formulation:
50 uL volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. No preservative is contained.
Reactivity:
This antibody can be used to stain endogenous antigen in paraffin embedded human tissues including the small intestine by Immunohistochemistry. The reactivity has been confirmed by Immunocytochemistry and intracellular Flow cytometry to detect the full length of human SLC22A13 transiently expressed in HEK 293T cells.
Intended Use:
For Research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedure.
