SLC9A7

Code No: BMP043
Datasheet:
Target:

SLC9A7

Background:

SLC9A7, also known as (Na+, K+)/H+ exchanger 7 (NHE7), locates predominantly in the trans-Golgi network (TGN) and plays a role in organellar pH homeostasis. By using the yeast two-hybrid system, the secretory carrier membrane protein 2 (SCAMP2) is revealed to be associated with SLC9A7 as a binding partner, and this indicates the involvement of SCAMP2 in the recruitment of SLC9A7 to TGN

Formulation:
50 uL volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. No preservative is contained.
Reactivity:
This antibody can be used to stain endogenous antigen in paraffin embedded human tissues including the liver and cerebellum by Immunohistochemistry. The reactivity has been confirmed by Western blotting, Immunocytochemistry and intracellular Flow cytometry to detect the full length of human SLC9A7 transiently expressed in HEK 293T cells.
Intended Use:
For Research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedure.
