Anti-SLC2A9/GLUT9 polyclonal antibody Trial size
Code No: BMP027B
Gene/antigen ID number:
56606
Background:
: SLC2A9, also known as GLUT9, is a member of the facilitative glucose transporter family, and highly expressed in kidney and liver. SLC2A9 also shows strong transport activity for uric acid in Xenopus oocytes. Genetic variations in the SLC2A9 gene strongly correlate with serum uric acid concentration as well as the risk of gout.

Formulation:
50 uL volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. No preservative is contained.
Reactivity:
This antibody can be used to stain endogenous antigen in paraffin embedded human tissues including testis by immunohistochemistry. The reactivity of this antibody has been confirmed by Western blotting, Immunocytochemistry and intracellular Flow cytometry to detect the full-length of human SLC2A9 transiently expressed in HEK 293T cells.
Intended Use:
For Research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedure.
