CDC2Hs, Human, Monoclonal Antibody : Trial Size

Code No: MT-19-3S
Datasheet:
Target:

Cdc2Hs

Background:

Cdc2Hs (also named p34cdc2 or cdk1) is a catalytic subunit of a protein kinase complex, called the M-phase promoting factor, which induces entry into mitosis and is universal among eukaryotes. In the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe, the gene Cdc2 is responsible for controlling the transition from G1 phase to the S phase and from the G2 phase to the M phase of the cell cycle.

Formulation:
10 g IgG in 50 L volume of PBS containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide as preservative. Sodium azide has been reported to form potentially explosive lead or copper azide in plumbing. To prevent forming of these compounds, flush drains enough after disposing of solutions containing sodium azide.
Reactivity:
This antibody reacts with Human Cdc2 homologue and cross reacts with rabbit, rat, mouse Cdc2 homologue on Western blotting.
Intended Use:
For Research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedure.
