Background:
ENA-78 (Epithelial Neutrophil Activating Peptide-78) is a recently discovered chemoattractant and activator for neutrophils, belonging to the IL-8 subgroup of the C-X-C family of chemokines. The human ENA-78 is an 8.0 kDa protein containing 74 amino acid residues.

>98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses Endotoxin level is <0.1 ng per ?g of ENA-78
Formulation:
Lyophilized with no additives. The protein may appear as a haze or film which is difficult to see at the bottom of the vial.
