SLC9A9/NHE9
Code No: BMP061
Background:
SLC9A9, also known as sodium/hydrogen exchanger isoform 9 (NHE9), is a member of the Na+/ H+ exchanger family. It is ubiquitously expressed in tissues, including those of the heart, skeletal muscle, placenta, kidney, liver, and brain. Deleterious sequence variants have been identified in patients with autism and seizures. Furthermore, polymorphisms in the SLC9A9 gene are thought to be involved in the onset of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Formulation:
50 uL volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. No preservative is contained.
Reactivity:
This antibody can be used to stain endogenous antigen in paraffin embedded human tissues including the cerebrum by Immunohistochemistry. The reactivity has been confirmed by Western blotting, Immunocytochemistry and intracellular Flow cytometry to detect the full length of human SLC9A9 transiently expressed in HEK 293T cells.
Intended Use:
For Research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedure.
