SLC7A4/CAT4
Code No: BMP057
Background:
SLC7A4, also known as cationic amino acid transporter 4 (CAT4), is a member of the cationic amino acid transporter/glycoprotein-associated family, and it has been suggested to transport cationic amino acids, including arginine, lysine, and ornithine. The SLC7A4 gene has been mapped to chromosome band 22q11.2, which is deleted in the case of velo-cardio-facial syndrome, characterized by a cleft palate, heart defects, abnormal facial structure, and learning problems.

50 uL volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, pH 7.2. No preservative is contained.
Reactivity:
This antibody can be used to stain endogenous antigen in paraffin embedded human tissues including the brain by Immunohistochemistry. The reactivity has been confirmed by Immunocytochemistry and intracellular Flow cytometry to detect the full length of human SLC7A4 transiently expressed in HEK 293T cells.
Intended Use:
For Research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedure.
