The RIP-Certified Antibodies have been validated for use with the optimized RiboCluster Profiler™ RIP-Assay Kit. The ability to immunoprecipitate mRNAs and RBPs complexes was confirmed by quantitative and qualitative analysis on NanoDrop, Bioanalyzer and RT-PCR or microarray.
