• Complete Billing and Shipping Address
• Phone and/or  Fax, valid email address
• Customer Account Number (if applicable)
• Product Code, Description, Quantity

Payment Method

Orders may be processed via Credit Card* (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), Purchase Order, Check or Money Order.

* Credit card approval must be obtained prior to shipment.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days from date of invoice

Shipping

Shipping occurs Monday – Thursday. All domestic orders received by 3:00PM(EST), and in stock, are routinely shipped the same day and delivered the next day via overnight service. Domestic order received after 3:00PM on Thursday will ship on the following Monday. All shipments are FOB Woburn or Des Plaines depending on product ordered. Shipping charges are prepaid and billed to customer. International shipment freight charges and transit time vary.

Returned Goods

Product will be accepted for return, credits, or replacement only after authorization by MBL International Corporation. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product will not be accepted for return after 7 days from receipt of product. For Return Authorization call 1-800-200-5459, Option 3.

Warranty

MBL International Corporation guarantees the material to be of merchantable quality at the time of shipment and if stored as directed and used before the expiration date.  Our liability is limited only to the replacement of products up to the amount of the purchase price and at the sole discretion of MBL International Corporation. MBL International Corporation makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability. In no case shall MBL International Corporation assume any responsibility for the use or handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages resulting there from.

Conditions of Use

All products described in our catalogs, product literature, and/or website are for Research Use Only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, unless otherwise designated or for in-vitro diagnostic use, unless otherwise designated. Products that are CE marked can be used for the diagnosis of human diseases in only those countries that accept the CE mark. Products that are CE marked and do not have FDA clearance are not available for sale as a diagnostic product in the United States.
