All orders are shipped via Federal Express, Priority 1. MBL-BION does not ship after Thursday unless special arrangements are made by the customer to receive the shipment. All shipments are F.O.B. Des Plaines, IL.

Terms are Net 30 Days from the date of the invoice. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and billed to the customer. Prices are subject to change without notice.

MBL-BION will schedule periodic shipments of any product to assure uniform customer inventory and to reduce order processing. Specific arrangements regarding product, quantity and shipping dates must be made in advance.

The extended life of MBL-BION slides allows our customers to take advantage of our volume discount offers. Volume discounts are available on most products.

All requests for quotations should be directed to the Sales Department. Quoted prices do not include shipping, handling or taxes.

MBL-BION guarantees that all products listed herein will perform satisfactorily for the use they are intended if stored as directed and used before the expiration date. The liability of MBL-BION under the guarantee is limited to product credit or replacement at the sole discretion of MBL-BION. The foregoing guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other guarantees.

It is MBL-BION's policy to accept returned goods only when arrangements have been made with our staff. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No product may be returned for credit after 7 days from receipt of the product. For return authorization call (847) 544-5044.
