The protocol for each kit should be followed exactly to ensure that the kit performs to its specifications. MBL ELISA kits are designed to be optimized for the highest possible accuracy and sensitivity.

This is not recommended. The reagents provided are always specific to a particular analyte and kit lot. Please contact our Technical Support for more information.

MBL does not recommend changing the sample volume. Our ELISA kits are designed for optimal performance using the sample size indicated in the protocol.

MBL International is located at 4H Constitution Way in Woburn, Massachusetts, about 15 miles North of Boston.

No products will be accepted for return, credit or replacement without prior authorization from an MBL staff member. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No product may be returned for credit after 7 days from receipt of the product.

If you are already logged into the site, just review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. If you are new to our site, please register with your ordering information and your order will be placed.

Storage conditions for all of our products are indicated on the products, the product data sheet and/or the kit insert. Some products components require separate storage temperatures. Storage conditions for components must be maintained.

Depending on the stock, if your product is in stock and ordered by 3:00pm EST Monday through Thursday, it will ship that day for next day delivery. All orders are shipped overnight on ice packs, or dry ice, depending on the product.

Disclaimer: Once the product leaves the MBLI facility, the product is the responsiblity of the carrier and the buyer. MBLI will not refund products that were not accepted by the ship address.
